2025 SUMMER Gymnastics CAMP POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Registration:

You can sign your child up for an entire week, a single day or any combination of days throughout the summer. You must create an account and register online before coming to camp.

Enrollment:

We do not offer same day enrollment.

All enrollments for the week must be finalized by Sunday. Any changes after Sunday will be a $5.00 fee.

Payment is required for the camp days you have selected at the time of enrollment.

Please notify our office staff if your camper will be more than 30 minutes late.

 

No Refund policy

There are no refunds or credits for any unattended camp days.

Age Groups:

Campers must meet Wonder Camp’s age requirements by the first day of their registered attendance.

 

Campers Groupings:

At the start of each camp day, campers will be divided into smaller groups by age and gender.

All participants in camp must be fully potty trained and bathroom independent at the time of registration.

Campers will stay with this group for the duration of the day.

Packing list:

A small bag is encouraged as space is limited.

Water bottle (we will have water fountains)

LUNCH

Pizza (cheese or pepperoni) will be served on FRIDAYS!

Vending machines will be available for Wonder Workers only.

 

*For Sunshine Crew and Dream Team:

Lunch is required to be in a bento style box.

No glass containers

Change of clothes

All shoes should be slip on (no laces)

No toys or electronics

Camp hours:

8:30am-3:00pm

​

Before and After Care:

AM 7:30-8:30 $10

PM 3-6 $15

Wonder Camp is happy to offer extended hours.

They are available for an additional fee and registration is based on age group.

Campers will be supervised by our coaches while participating in pre-planned activities.

There will be a snack provided for your camper if they choose to participate in our extended care.

Space is limited

Reservations must be paid in advance

 

Rescheduling days:

Rescheduling is only permitted with a 24 hour advance notice and is based up availability, and is not guaranteed.

A rescheduling fee will apply.

 

Class overlap:

If your camper is enrolled in an Elevate class that meets during camp hours, our staff will assist your child in getting to their assigned class.

General information:

Please label every single item sent with your camper.

 

What to wear:

Campers will be doing lots of different activities on lots of different equipment during the day.

Please send them in comfortable age-appropriate clothing.

Girls must wear appropriate undergarments.

Shoes must be laceless, for example: crocks, natives, slip on tennis shoes

 

Lost and Found:

Anything found will be placed in our lost and found area.

Unclaimed non labeled items will be donated each Friday.

Wonder Camp is not responsible for any personal items left in Elevates facility.

Sign in and Out policy and procedure:

Sign in:  8:30-9:15

Campers must be signed in each morning at the front office.

Sign out is from 2:45-3:10 late pick up fee of $1 per minute

Photo ID is required to enter the building for drop off and pick up.

Safety:

If a significant situation arises, the director will contact the number on your parent portal.

 

Discipline:

Guardians will be informed of any disciplinary incidents at Sign-Out.

If a significant situation arises, you may be asked to pick your camper up for early dismissal.

 

Food:

Campers will eat snack and lunch at different times each day depending on activities planned and age groups.

Lunch times will range between 11:00-1:00

Please pack a non- perishable lunch.

Campers will not have access to microwaves.

Snacks will be provided!!

Every Friday is PIZZA day!

Provided in camp cost

Each camper is given 2 slices of pizza.

Please pack a lunch if your camper does not want pizza.
